Refund Policy For Customers who Book Plots


Returns

Our Advance agreement lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase or plot booking by paying a minimum advance amount, and further no payment done as per the agreement payment plan, then the advance payment done for the booked plot will bound to be cancelled and 50% of the payment will be refunded within 7 days from the agreement last date.

Cancellation

 Cancellation of plot after advance booking is covered by terms and conditions in the advance agreement. There will be a minimum fixed fees which will be deducted, if cancellation of plots is done within a specified time from date of booking the plot/plots.


Refund Policy for Customers who buy plot layout management application

 Cancellation or refund terms will be as per the agreement signup (i.e Terms and Condition).

Refund policy can be changed from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes. Before any changes, for existing customers, refund policy is valid as per the agreement
